Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Please note, processing may take longer during busy periods and holiday seasons. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Shipping is free for orders over $150 within Australia.

We offer $10 flat rate standard shipping within Australia for orders under $150.

A flat rate of $15 will be charged for express shipping within Australia.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and the United States.

The Shipping fee is calculated at checkout but is equivalent to $20 AUD.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Melrose Marie Jewellery is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at elena.melrosemj@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
