About Us

Our story began all the way back in 2022 when I discovered my love for jewellery. I began my glow-up journey and searched for the most beautiful and elegant pieces of jewellery to help me feel more confident and luxurious in my everyday life (here’s for romanticising every day!). Of course, upon discovering my love for jewellery I also discovered my love for diamonds- they are a girl's best friend after all! I loved the sparkle, the clarity, the shine, the only thing I didn’t like was the price tag. However, I wasn’t about to give up; I needed a little bit of sparkle in my life. It wasn’t long before I was lucky enough to stumble across Moissanite; the diamond's flashier but underrated younger sister. Looking into it, I discovered that moissanite (arriving to earth by meteorite), is partially made up of the same elements in diamonds. That is why it is shiny like a diamond, almost as hard, and even shows up positive on a diamond tester too! That was when I decided to buy my first Moissanite necklace, and I fell in love. The shimmer and the shine were everything I’d dreamed of, but I found that moissanite jewellery wasn’t that easy to come by. That’s when I decided to start Melrose Marie Jewellery, to make luxurious jewellery more accessible to everyone. The rest, as they say, is history.
